EssilorLuxottica completed its acquisition of EyeQ Optometrists, with Clairfield Australia and Italy (Equita K Finance) acting as the exclusive financial advisor to EyeQ Optometrists Limited.

EyeQ Optometrists Limited, founded in 2007 with some practices operating for over 40 years, is a public unlisted group of 25 optometry practices located in NSW, Victoria, Queensland, ACT and WA.

EssilorLuxottica SA, the Italian-French EUR 90bn listed optometry giant is engaged in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. Locally, they are the owner of OPSM, Laubman & Pank, and Sunglass Hut.
