EREDI CAMPIDONICO – RETITALIA

Eredi Campidonico SpA has sold its EC Rete branch of business, which includes 22 service stations based in Piedmont, to Retitalia SpA.
The sale of these 22 plants is part of Eredi Campidonico’s strategy to focus its activity on energy services to residential and commercial customers in the North-West, while for Retitalia represents a strengthening of its distribution network in Northern Italy.

Gruppo Eredi Campidonico was assisted by EQUITA K Finance (Clairfield Italy), part of EQUITA Group, as financial advisor, by the law firm Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria for the legal aspects and by Studio Zucchetti of Turin for the accounting, civil and tax aspects.
Retitalia was assisted by CMBP Studio Professionale for the legal aspects and by Studio Malchiodi for the accounting, civil and tax aspects.

Eredi Campidonico Group, with almost 100 years of history, was founded in 1927 in Turin and has since evolved into a multi-utility company with a strong presence in Piedmont and Liguria, active in energy services, including the supply of gas, electricity and heat management services for residential and commercial customers, the distribution of oil products on and off-network and the marketing of lubricants.

Retitalia, founded in 2005 thanks to the initiative of several important private operators in the oil sector, is today one of the major players on the Italian market in the sale of fuels, with a network of more than 1,000 points of sale distributed throughout the country.
