CSO PHARMITALIA – EDUCOM

CSO Pharmitalia has sold 100% of Educom to a leading global provider of analytics, consulting, technology solutions and clinical research to the healthcare industry.
Educom was founded in 1991 with the aim of seizing the opportunities offered by the new tools of the time, such as the Personal Computer and as CD ROMs, immediately implementing EDUcation & COMmunition projects for big players, such as Olivetti and IBM.

Since 2000, Educom has increasingly developed web marketing and e-Learning strategies and projects by developing original models and proprietary platforms. Over the years the company has focused on Pharma companies and healthcare organisations, providing expertise, strategic marketing, multichannel engagement and social marketing.
In 2018, Educom was acquired by CSO Pharmitalia, a portfolio company of the Italian private equity Star Capital SGR, with the aim of pursuing the Omichannel Go-to-Market approach.
Today Educom deals with marketing, communication and training services in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector also through the implementation of software and web platforms and, more generally, IT systems.
Oscar Lambrughi, the founder, will continue to manage the company, committing himself to support the company’s growth plan.
