Private Equity Investor Fondo Italiano di Investimento has injected Euro10m into winding and automatic assembly systems provider Marsilli & Co in exchange for a minority stake.

K Finance has been advisor to Marsilli. Marsilli was founded in 1938 and is based in Castelleone, near Cremona (Italy). It is a winding machine producer. The company also provides solutions for factory automation of components. The company employs around 260 members of staff and 2012 revenues are in excess of Euro50m.
