Minerva-Robusto, a Swiss manufacturer of military safety shoes, has agreed to acquire from the Italian private equity fund Aksia Group Jolly Scarpe S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of safety technical shoes for Military, Law Enforcement and Firefighters use.

Jolly Scarpe is based in Montebelluna (Treviso), Italy, and has about 19 employees. Founded in 1982, Jolly Scarpe is an Italian leading player in the design, modelling and distribution of military safety shoes for Military, Law Enforcement and Firefighters. In 2015, the company achieved revenues for about EUR 12 million.

Founded in 1897, since 2008 Minerva-Robusto produces and distributes military shoes in Switzerland and Germany. The company has two production facilities in Switzerland and in Romania and it sells approximately 100,000 pairs per year.

K Finance, partner of Clairfield International, acted as financial advisor to the private equity fund Aksia Group, Accinni, Cartolano e Associati as legal advisors.
