Ser.Nav. Group, one of the Italian leaders in the customs operations, was acquired by the Dutch group Customs Support, a Castik Capital portfolio company.
The shareholders of Ser.Nav. have been assisted by the financial advisor Equita K Finance – Italian partner of Clairfield International and part of Equita Group. The law firm Giovannelli e Associati assisted on the legal aspects. The law firm Lupi acted as fiscal advisor to the shareholders.
Customs Support has been assisted by KPMG for the financial and fiscal due diligence. The law firm Pavia e Ansaldo assisted on the legal aspects. The law firm UBFP Tax & Customs performed customs due diligence for Castik Capital. The transaction has been structured by PwC.
