Equita K Finance (Clairfield Italy) advised e-Novia Spa, as exclusive financial advisor, on the capital raising, private placement and listing on the Euronext Growth segment of the Milan Stock Exchange.

e-Novia is an industrial group operating in the deep tech sector in the field of sustainable mobility and robotics that applies artificial intelligence and big data to mechatronics.
E-Novia has been active in deep tech for sustainable mobility since 2015. In just seven years, it has created an active Industrial Group in the market thanks to its expertise in innovative and scalable robotics technologies. The listing follows the private placement with which e-Novia, assisted by Equita K Finance as financial advisor, had raised approximately 18 million euro (of which approximately 13.5 million euro in capital increase) thanks to the entry of two important investors in the capital, followed by a dozen entrepreneurs who had invested in the form of club-deal through the vehicle Clubtech Investimenti.

Thanks to the private placement operation, e-Novia has thus expanded its network of shareholders, all of whom have a medium- to long-term investment horizon and are therefore suited to supporting the Group’s industrial strategies.
