DMM sold its business in the transportation of ICT products to a company wholly owned by the courier company Sogetras. Sogegroup is active in the transportation of documents in Italy. The sale was conducted through a bankruptcy procedure.

DMM is a family-owned company in the transportation business. It specializes in ICT products such as mobile and smart phones, computers, printers, and other devices. It is also the preferred partner of an Italian leader in gaming (slot machines and videpoker). After four years of steep revenue decrease, DDM was  intitiating bankruptcy proceedings when shareholders decided to sell the business to a competitor. in spite of its financial situation, the DMM business offered an interesting client base of ICT product giants.
