CUSTOMS SUPPORT – MOLLICA

Customs Support, one of Europe’s leading customs and digital partners and a portfolio company of Castik, acquired Mollica and MACC (Mollica Group).

Customs Support was assisted as financial advisor by Equita K Finance – Italian partner of Clairfield International and part of Equita Group. The law firm Pavia e Ansaldo assisted on the legal aspects. Customs Support was assisted by Deloitte for financial, tax and payroll due diligence, and by UBFP for customs due diligence.
The shareholders of Mollica Customs Center have been assisted by DWF on the legal aspects.
