The Caprari family was assisted by Equita K Finance, the Italian partner of Clairfield International and part of Equita Group, as financial advisor, by the law firm Gianni & Origoni for the legal aspects of the deal and by Studio Cavallieri Salerno of Modena for tax matters.
Ambienta was advised by PWC (financial & tax due diligence and debt advisor), Linklaters (legal advisor), Roland Berger (business due diligence), EY (operations & ESG due diligence) and Studio Legale Tributario Facchini Rossi Michelutti (tax structuring).

The Caprari family and Ambienta will be partners in the holding company Wateralia, a new entity that will approach the market not only leveraging on the strength of the brand and Caprari’s know-how and experience in the world of water pumps and essential water services, but also welcoming in perspective other companies and evolved technological specialties.
Caprari will, in fact, be the heart of Wateralia, a new specialised centre which, also thanks to future acquisitions and aggregations, will be characterised by a unique offer on the market in terms of breadth of product range, history and geographical presence, with a leading position in different areas and market segments and the ambition to become the supplier of reference for the most demanding customers at global level.
