K Finance (Clairfield Italy) assisted Mr Davide Coletto and Mr Enrico Checchin, minority shareholders of 2C Solution, controlled by Namirial, in the sale of their shares to the parent company, which in turn was acquired at the same time by the PE fund Ambienta. Mr Coletto and Mr Checchin reinvested together with the founders of Namirial in the new company controlled by Ambienta.
Namirial SpA is a leading group in software solutions that allow companies to digitize their processes in a secure way and to sign contracts and close legally binding transactions at a distance without the need to sign paper documents. With 440 employees, offices in 5 countries and 120 international partners, Namirial serves over one million customers worldwide. The company’s revenues reached around 50 million Euros in 2019. The company was founded in 2000 by Mr Enrico Giacomelli and Mr Claudio Gabellini, who will maintain a 25% and 5% share respectively.
In the Namirial group, electronic invoicing and document digitalization activities are managed by the subsidiary 2C Solution.
