ICR Spa has acquired a majority stake  in the Spanish company Berven SA, reaching 51% and strengthening its position on the Spanish markets, a way to penetrate the South American markets.

ICR of Reggio Emilia (near Bologna) makes stoppers for autobodies and cement for marble. In the years it has also developed a wide range of products for car refinishing, the nautical industry, marble, wood and coatings. K Finance has advised ICR Spa.
